Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive south through the scenic Maasai countryside to Amboseli. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge, followed by an afternoon game drive. Capture views of elephants crossing the plains with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. Dinner and overnight at your Amboseli lodge.
Day 2: Full Day in Amboseli
Spend the day exploring Amboseli's diverse landscapes, from acacia woodlands to swampy springs. Look out for elephants, lions, buffalos, giraffes, and cheetahs. Enjoy stunning photography opportunities and return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Amboseli – Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, depart Amboseli and journey through the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru. Arrive in the afternoon for check-in and enjoy a game drive where you may spot white and black rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, and flocks of flamingos. Dinner and overnight at your Lake Nakuru lodge.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, drive to the legendary Masai Mara. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and later head out for your first afternoon game drive in Kenya’s most famous wildlife sanctuary. Keep an eye out for lions, elephants, zebras, and other plains game. Dinner and overnight at your Masai Mara lodge.
Day 5: Full Day in Masai Mara
Enjoy a full day of game viewing in the Masai Mara with opportunities to witness the Big Five and the vibrant savannah life. You may also opt to visit a local Maasai village or take an early morning hot air balloon ride (at extra cost). Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 6: Masai Mara – Nairobi
After breakfast, check out and depart for Nairobi with drop-off at your hotel or residence in the afternoon.
