Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Lake Nakuru National Park
Pick up from your hotel or residence in Nairobi. Drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru. Arrive in time for lunch at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge. Afterward, enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park, known for its rhinos, flamingos, Rothschild giraffes, and tree-climbing lions. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 2: Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru and drive to the Masai Mara, arriving in time for lunch at Masai Mara Sopa Lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive in this iconic reserve, spotting elephants, lions, zebras, and more. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Full Day in Masai Mara
Spend the day exploring the Mara on two game drives (morning and afternoon). You’ll visit the Mara River and look for the Big Five – lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino – as well as cheetahs and antelopes. Optional visit to a Masai village or hot air balloon ride (at extra cost). All meals and overnight at Masai Mara Sopa Lodge.
Day 4: Masai Mara – Nairobi
After breakfast, check out and drive back to Nairobi with an en-route game drive. Arrive in the afternoon for drop-off at your hotel or airport.
