Day 1: Transfer from Kampala/Entebbe to Murchison Falls National Park

You will be picked up in the morning from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe and begin the journey north toward Murchison Falls National Park, a drive of approximately 5–6 hours. Along the way, you have the option to stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an exciting rhino tracking experience on foot — the only place in Uganda where you can see wild rhinos. Proceed to the park and visit the Top of the Falls, where you’ll witness the Nile River thundering through a narrow 7-meter gorge, creating one of the most powerful waterfalls in the world. Afterward, continue to your lodge for check-in, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive & Afternoon Boat Cruise

After an early breakfast, set off for a morning game drive across the northern plains of Murchison Falls National Park. Look out for elephants, lions, Rothschild’s giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, hyenas, leopards (if lucky), and abundant birdlife. Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation. In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic boat cruise along the Nile River to the base of the falls. During the cruise, you’ll see large pods of hippos, crocodiles, water birds, elephants, and more wildlife along the riverbanks. After the boat cruise, you may choose to hike to the top of the falls (optional) before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Return to Kampala/Entebbe

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the lodge before checking out and beginning your return journey to Kampala or Entebbe. Depending on your schedule, you can make brief stops along the way for photos or lunch. You will arrive in the afternoon, with drop-off at your hotel or at Entebbe International Airport for your onward flight.
