This short yet unforgettable 2-day safari takes you deep into Uganda’s southwestern wilderness to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to the endangered mountain gorillas. You will experience a once-in-a-lifetime gorilla trekking adventure, allowing you to spend precious moments face-to-face with one of the world’s most iconic primates. Day 1: Entebbe – Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport or after breakfast at your hotel in Entebbe, you will be welcomed by our professional driver-guide. After a briefing, begin your scenic road trip to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, approximately 8–9 hours away. Enjoy the views of lush hills, plantations, and roadside markets along the way, with stopovers for lunch and photography, including a brief stop at the Equator line.
Arrive at your lodge near the park in the evening for check-in, relaxation, and dinner.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi – Return to Entebbe
After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking briefing. You’ll be grouped with a maximum of 8 participants and assigned a gorilla family to track. The trek through the forest can take 2 to 6 hours depending on the gorillas’ location, but the reward is an hour spent in close contact with these majestic creatures — a humbling and life-changing experience.
After your trek, return to the lodge for a quick refresh, collect your packed lunch, and begin your journey back to Entebbe, arriving in the evening. You’ll be dropped at your hotel or Entebbe International Airport (recommended departure time: after 9:00 PM or the following day).
